Dunas da Joaquina

The dune area extends from Praia da Joaquina to the center of Lagoa da Conceição and can be accessed from different points: on Av. das Rendeiras, on the main road of Joaquina and through Praia da Joaquina itself. Sandboards can be rented at these points.

It's best to visit the dunes early in the morning or in the late afternoon to evening, as besides the milder climate, the scenery is enhanced by the light of these moments, especially the sunset seen from there.
